Real estate industry has two different position to enter such as a broker and agent. Here is some characteristic of work.
1) A license is required in every State and the District of Columbia.
2) Residential real estate brokers and sales agents often work evenings and weekends.
3) Employment is sensitive to swings in the economy, as well as interest rates; during periods of declining economic activity or rising interest rates, the volume of sales and the resulting demand for sales workers fall.
4) Although gaining a job may be relatively easy, beginning workers face competition from well-established, more experienced agents and brokers.
5) Employment of real estate brokers and sales agents is expected to grow 14 percent during the 2008-18 decade, faster than average for all occupations
So, as we can see, to make money and high incomes, real estate industry looks great. In other word, as a start-up of a company for entrepreneur, it could be the most solid industry to start with.
Venture Capitalist
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venture_capital
A venture capitalist is a person who invests in a business venture, providing capital for start-up or expansion. Usually the company invested money has a high potential business plan or idea. Generally, venture capitalists are looking for returns of 25 percent and up. What's the difference between a venture capitalist and an angel investor? A venture capitalist is a professional investor. He or she manages a fund and is looking for suitable investments for that fund. An angel investor is an individual who, while also looking for a suitable investment, is also looking for a personal opportunity. In other words, the venture capitalist may have no business experience applicable to the industry your company is involved in, and is focused on the potential rate of return your company can provide. An angel investor often has business experience relevant to your company and is interested in adding value to your company, as well as making a return on his or her investment.
So it means, simply speaking, investor use their money and provide a great start-up for a company or person which has a great idea to make a great profit. In other word, an investors help a person who need money to effectuate the idea.
